HIRING FOR SITE SUPERVISOR

We are seeking a technically trained person to support our expansion plans in Singapore and the US.  Upfrnt is a startup breaking new ground in the real estate property management, proptech, fintech space.  We are seeking a highly independent and resourceful colleague to join us to chart new territories. ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time role based in Singapore with periodic travel and/or extended assignment to the US. Your Responsibilities include :

Maintenance and Repairs:

- Evaluate repairs and maintenance needs of Upfrnt properties.

- Perform all required repairs and maintenance works.

- Attend to emergency and urgent repair requirements.

- Train and guide junior technicians in repair and maintenance protocols.

Issue Resolution and Follow-Up:

- Escalate unresolved issues and ensure prompt follow-up until resolution.

- Ensure all tasks are completed promptly and efficiently.

- Support property management activities, including showings.

- Respond to enquiries and update records.

Safety and Compliance:

- Perform work safely in accordance with safety policies.

- Adhere to the company's code of conduct in all activities.

Administrative Tasks:

- Complete data and administrative tasks during and after works.

- Ensure total customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

- Strong hands-on skills and technical repair skills for household items.

- Excellent documentation skills.

- Proficiency in online applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- Proven track record of following through on commitments.

- Resourceful team player.

- Passionate, diligent, and resilient individual with the ability to thrive in ambiguity.

- Technical certificate in HVAC or Electrical is a plus.

- Experience or proven ability in minor renovations and repairs for residential properties.

- Valid Class 3 driving license.

- Fluent in English.

- Willingness to relocate to the USA for a medium-term assignment.

- Willingness to work in an outdoor environment.
